At OOH!, we know what it's like to be a customer. We realize that shopping on the internet can be anything from disappointing to downright frustrating, so we work hard to provide you the best possible online shopping experience.


We strive to provide all the relevant information you may require for every product on the site. If you find that we've left something out, ask us and we will get back to you ASAP with the details that you need.


You can email us at any time with any product or order related questions and we respond to all emails within 48 hours, excluding holidays.


We try to improve our site every single day, so if you have any suggestions, we promise, we'll listen !


Payment


We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and direct bank transfer of most Malaysian banks. We are working on accepting PayPal payments, so if that's your preferred method, do not hesitate to contact us and we will work out an arrangement pronto!

Payments via pre-purchased Gift Certificates are also accepted.


We strive to accommodate all our customers and have built our website to show the prices in your currency of your choice, but due to restrictions depending on which payment processor you choose, all items will be charged in Malaysian Ringgit during checkout. The prices shown during browsing are an estimate to make it easier for you, but there WILL be slight discrepancies in your final bill depending on what currency rate that your bank decides to use, as there is no way for us to provide this information. Our currency rates are pulled from xe.com and are updated hourly .


It's the simplest, speediest way to send something special. Our Gift Certificates are purchased just like any other item in our store, except that they go straight to your inbox instead of your mailbox! We'll email you or your recipient a lovely image file accompanying your personalized message and gift code.

Please keep in mind:

We currently do not offer hard copies of cards or certificates. However, if you really want a physical copy to give to a friend or for corporate purposes, email us with your request and we'll see what we can do!
Alternatively, you can put your own email address in the order form as the recipient, and create your own printout with the details in the email. All you need is just the Gift Certificate code, but take care to copy the code EXACTLY as per the email confirmation.

* For your safety and security, certificates purchased in larger amounts require review and approval by our Customer Care team. This may create a small delay between the time you purchase the certificate and the time it's sent, but we promise we'll work quick like a bunny!


Gift certificates can be redeemed by entering the code in the 'Redeem a Gift Certificate' box during checkout. The amount of the gift certificate will automatically be applied to your purchase.

Any unused balance will be visible on your 'My Account' Page, and will be applied to your next order.

Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash. Returns on items purchased with a gift certificate will be issued as store credit.


To redeem a coupon, enter the code in the 'Apply a Coupon' box at checkout. The discount will automatically be applied to your order.


For any questions or problems concerning the purchasing or usage of gift certificates or coupons, fill out our contact us form, and we will get back to you ASAP. Please provide as much information as possible to aid us in solving your problem quickly!


Ordering


Due to the unique nature of our stock, most items are limited run items and once it is sold, the item will be immediately removed from the website. For obvious reasons, having the item in your shopping cart does not guarantee that the item will be available when you checkout because all our items are sold to whoever completes the purchase first.

If an item is available on the website, it means that there is still stock available.


In short, yes.

Setting up an account will allow you to order without having to fill in your details every time you shop with us, and will give you benefits such as order tracking, regular newsletters, and (our favourite bit) exclusive discounts and special offers.

By giving us your details, it also allows us to contact you should there be any issues related to your order.

You can sign up right now, or you can start shopping straight away and set your account up when you check out, whichever suits you best.

You can check the status of your orders in the "My Account" page. You will also receive an email confirmation from us upon any successful orders.


All our products are shipped in a very nice bag and we feel that it looks better than gift-wrapping. If you'd like to add a more personal touch, you can choose to add on a gift card with your own personal message, which we will include in with your order.


Yes. You may request to put any unshipped items on hold, and consolidate all your shipments into one whenever you are ready. You can access this from the "My Account" page.


Under most cases, we are unable to amend an order once it has been submitted; this includes changing the size/colour of an item, removing an item, or any payment methods. But if you notice an error in the delivery address, we should be able to modify that for you if the status of the item has not been changed to "shipped" yet. Let us know as soon as you can so that we can fix that for you.

You have up to 30 mins to cancel your order.

To cancel your order just sign in to your account and check your order details. If the button next to it says 'Cancel/View', then you're still in time to cancel it before billing. Hit that button and your order status will change to 'Cancelled'. Should the 'Cancel/View' button not be visible means then you are unable to cancel the order.


As an online business we act much faster in adjusting our prices in response to fashion trends, stock and demand from our beloved customers. This may occasionally work out to your favour, and sometimes it will not. We tend to not refund the difference because if we did, our accounts department will never be able to go home to their families from the mess this will create.


Delivery/Shipping


Yes. You can view the status of your order in the "My Accounts" page. When items are shipped, we will provide you with the shipment tracking ID for you to track your parcel.


Tracking information may not be available for the first 24 to 48 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation email. If 48 hours have passed and you're still unable to track your order, please email us.


All our orders are sent out within 48 hours, and although this varies greatly depending on where your delivery address is, but most orders within Malaysia will be received the following day after your order is shipped.


Shipping is absolutely free to all Malaysian addresses. Shipping to all locations aside from Malaysia depends on the shipping options you choose.

Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.


There are no additional duties or taxes for all orders sent within Malaysia.

All international orders, no matter which shipping option is used, may be subject to additional duties, import taxes, or brokerage or customs fees upon delivery. These fees are calculated by customs officials, and are difficult to estimate prior to shipment. While we take steps to minimize or eliminate the cost of importing for our customers, we cannot provide inaccurate information to customs officials. Please also be aware that delays in customs are becoming increasingly common. Packages may take longer to get to international destinations, and unfortunately, we cannot control or prevent this type of delay.

Returns & Exchanges


We take great pride in ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you do not absolutely love your selections, you are able to exchange the items within 30 days of purchase.

In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, which includes the tags still attached.

Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We also require that you obtain proof of posting to avoid any unnecessary drama. Email us with a copy of the proof of posting of your returns parcel, so that we will keep an eye out for your item to process your refund as soon as we can.

If the Gift Certificate has not been redeemed or associated with another account, email us a copy of the receipt you received when you purchased the Gift Certificate and we will credit your account with the same amount. We can't offer a cash refund however.


You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).


If you received an item that was incorrect or defective, we are so sorry! Let us know by emailing us, and please send the item back to us at your convenience and we will pay the return shipping costs.

If you click on a category, you'll find that it's further divided into different sections down the left-hand side of the page. The options provided are to assist you in finding the perfect item that you are searching for!


You can choose to view our store in a different currency by clicking on the flag on the top bar, and choosing a country.


We take measurements for every clothing item we carry. Just take a look at the 'Details' section on the page for that item. There, we list the length measurements for every available size.

Our Size Chart can help you with selecting the perfect size! We created our size chart based on the measurements and sizing our clothes use combined with general industry standards to give you the most accurate info we can!

As always, you should consider your comfort. If you're between sizes, order a size up or down based on what makes you feel best.


We like to keep in touch with our community, so we send our members emails about fun features, contests, and sales, in addition to other news and important order info. We also take care to respond to every customer email that we receive. So, if you've joined OOH! but aren't receiving these emails, or if you're simply having trouble communicating with us, we're sorry!

Gmail, Yahoo!, and Hotmail can mistakenly block OOH! messages as spam, and many of our customers who have these addresses don't receive our messages at all. If your address is through one of those providers, this is most likely the reason. But, you can adjust your settings to make sure our emails get to your inbox and not your spam folder.
